HENLEY-PUTNAM UNIVERSITY FIRST TO OFFER A DOCTORATE DEGREE PROGRAM IN STRATEGIC SECURITY

San Jose, CA, October 7, 2008 - Henley-Putnam University (www.Henley-Putnam.edu), a premier university for online higher education in the field of Strategic Security, is pleased to announce that it is now the first university to offer a Doctorate Degree Program in Strategic Security.
