The
Mystery Missile sighted off
the coast of California could be a lot of things. The
fact that the US Department of Defense is denying any
knowledge of the incident suggests the missile is a Top
Secret US Military project. Recent news reports from China
indicate the nation is actively developing weapons to
defeat US Naval forces operating near China. Suffice it
to say, the United States is developing countermeasures (like the Water Piercing Missile below) to these
weapons. We're not saying the Water Piercing Missile is
the Mystery Missile, but the Mystery Missile could be a
similar, defensive missile designed to counter Chinese
anti-ship and anti-submarine missiles. |
