During a maritime interdiction operation exercise, Philippine visit, board, search and seizure team members secure the bridge aboard the Military Sealift Command rescue and salvage ship USNS Safeguard as part of a Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism exercise. SEACAT brings several countries together for simultaneous bilateral exercises with the United States to enhance maritime security and interoperability.
